Started pinterest and stopped blogging...

Of course anything new is addicting.  I started pinning and man...I do love it, but I'm noticing some of my favorite ones go to a blog.  They can do both so can't I?  So here I am back at it hoping people will follow my painting and creating love.

Here is a piece we found while at the land.  A nice little church shop.  Even my hubby wanted me to go back and get it.  He fixed some very decorative work on one of the legs.  A great job....I've got him hooked!

This two toned dresser I love.  My hubby and son thought I was crazy, but they came around.

Saw this footlocker at an estate sale...first thought legs.  Sean put them on shined it up.  It's already sold!  Yaaa!  Love doing this!

Ahhh, paint, got to love it!!

Very cute cottage table and chairs.  I bought the chairs a while back, and found this table recently.  Great marriage, I think!

Speaking of marriage my husband has been really getting in to this lately and I love it.  He just got some really awesome industrial stuff from a job (he really has a good eye).

Is this great or what.  I wish I had a place to put it.  A store counter, island.  Oh man!

Anyway, it is great to be back blogging.  I thought I was going to have to stop.  I quite enjoy sharing (not that anyone is following).  Just hope that a few people see my neat projects.  I LOVE doing it!!

It's been a while...

I've been wanting and wanting to post and just had other things going on.  I've had some great pcs. that have come and gone and I never got to show.  Well anyway enough about that.  Excited to show off a nice pc. that my husband and I purchased today.  He's actually the one who saw it first. 

We bought it for our office.  It's just what I was looking for and for $50 it definitely was what I was looking for.  Great huh?

This is a pc. that I just painted.  I was a bit worried about selling it because I paid more than I normally would.  But guess what, It sold today, whooohoo!  And I did alright on it.  I just put it in Thurs. Love it!

Now here are just some pcs. that I've found and thought were cute.

This was a beautiful chair and very comfortable, believe it or not.  This actually sold today too!

Sweet little commode.  Would look good painted, but the green looks original and in good condition.  I just couldn't do it.  We'll see if anyone still likes that color.  I think it's great!

Well I'm so glad I got to post today.  I've really been wanting too and it's just nice to share these things.

Two posts today...

Very excited to share that we purchased land in the lakes region in NH!! Whooo!

We are making it into a family camp.  It's on a river and it is absolutely beautiful.

We split the land with my brother and sister in law (their dog Missy) this is our toast to it, sitting in the river.

Good summer morning and Happy 4th of July

Hello, it's been a while.  Here are some items I got this weekend.  It was slim pick'ns, but found a few things.  I was actually camping in the RV.  We went to my best friends family campground.  They are not just any family, they were like my second family growing up.  It was a wonderful time and I got to visit with a bunch of them. 

My girlfriend and her two kids, we were walking to the creek.

It's a beautiful pc. of land.

My husband and I took a wonderful bike ride, the hills were awful, but it was great.

Oh yes, so like I said I did get a few thing on our way home.  We stopped at a sm. flea market.  We are limited to where we can stop with a 31' RV. 

Have a nice place for those pickets in my kitchen.
