Playing with two tones right now.

Here are a few pieces I just finished.  They both had some nice decorative accents to make stand out.  I think they came out cute.

Some new painted pieces

Sweet little repurposed buffet. A cute piece for a flat screen tv.

Nice desk...a quick flip. Looks pretty good with the hitchcock chair.

Old school desk with chalk board top. I think it would be cute in a small foyer.

Tried the really scuffed up look on these two matching bureaus. I like it and hope someone else will too.

A bit thin on inventory in the winter. Can't wait for the estate and yard sales to start again.  Have a great day!

Two finished pieces...and a clean craft room

Here are the two pieces from my last post.  Painted up pretty.  Right now I'm using up colors I have, but can't wait to look for some more.

So I also finally(still in January though) finished cleaning my craft room.  Sooo I made some cards.  Another craft I enjoy doing.

Stocking up for the year.  They come in pretty handy in a pinch.  Makes me mad when I have to go out and buy one.  I also really love making things, repurposing, upcycling(whatever you like to call it) out of junk.  Treasures to me actually, but some may think it is junk.  What do they know?  Well that will be my next post, showing you some of those.

Sorting junk with junk....love it!

It really isn't easy sorting out junk....but I'm working at it.  I'm trying to work with what I have for now.   I'm sure I'll find some more baskets and things to put in them through out the new year.

The next two pieces I'm working on.  What color, what color....that is the question?

Started pinterest and stopped blogging...

Of course anything new is addicting.  I started pinning and man...I do love it, but I'm noticing some of my favorite ones go to a blog.  They can do both so can't I?  So here I am back at it hoping people will follow my painting and creating love.

Here is a piece we found while at the land.  A nice little church shop.  Even my hubby wanted me to go back and get it.  He fixed some very decorative work on one of the legs.  A great job....I've got him hooked!

This two toned dresser I love.  My hubby and son thought I was crazy, but they came around.

Saw this footlocker at an estate sale...first thought legs.  Sean put them on shined it up.  It's already sold!  Yaaa!  Love doing this!
